Ten Parts Locations - All Whayne stores have a complete parts warehouse that maintains an inventory of frequently used parts. Each warehouse’s inventory is based on the equipment population operating in that area. A central parts warehouse in Louisville provides additional inventory and supplies. Ninety-five percent (95%) of our customers are within 55 miles of a Whayne parts department.

Parts Availability - With the region’s largest parts inventory and our "Night Owl" parts shuttle fleet, 97% of needed parts are either on-hand or available by 7:00 am the next workday. And 99% are available within 48 hours. An out-of-stock part is sourced from other Whayne locations or the Caterpillar emergency parts system

Parts Expediting & Transportation - Whayne’s "Night Owl" fleet of Cat powered trucks move parts nightly among the 10 Whayne parts departments and the Caterpillar facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana and Morton, Illinois. These trucks log more than 3/4 million miles every year, consistently making parts available by 7:00 am the following workday.

Used Parts and Components - Whayne’s Used Parts Department has a 28,000 sq. ft. warehouse plus additional outdoor storage for larger components like beds, buckets, frames, etc. Indoor disassembly bays provide cleaner machine tear down. Parts are inspected and measured against Caterpillar’s Parts Reusability Guidelines. Only parts with 50% or more wear life remaining are placed in inventory. The computerized inventory allows quick location and response to customer inquires. Used and rebuilt parts and components cost about 1/2 the price of new. If a part is not in stock, Whayne is on a nationwide used parts locator network.

Oils & Fluids - Whayne carries a full line of Caterpillar^® & ExxonMobil^® oils, fluids & greases. These include a complete range of diesel & gas engine oils, drive train lubricants, hydraulic oils, coolant as well as a full line of industrial lubricants. In addition to competitively priced one gallon, five gallon and fifty-five gallon containers; considerable savings are available by purchasing bulk quantities that are delivered to your site.

Custom Track Service Product Support Sales Representatives take measurements of undercarriage and advise customers when any part of the undercarriage is at the most economical repair point. They can also offer maintenance and application recommendations that can extend undercarriage life and reduce operating expenses.
